<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a fluid switching valve capable of separating fluid flowing in from an inlet port by specific gravity when the flow of the fluid is switched. <P>SOLUTION: Therefore, in the fluid switching valve, when switching the flow of fluid to a first exit port side, a solenoid 26 constituting a drive mechanism is brought into a non-excited state, a first diaphragm 46 is moved in a direction away from a first middle path 42 by biasing force of a spring, and a second diaphragm 51 is moved in a direction to approach a second middle path to switch so that a first inlet branch port part 38 is communicated with the first exit port, and when switching the flow of fluid to a second exit port side, the solenoid constituting the drive mechanism is brought into an excited state, the first diaphragm is moved in a direction to approach the first middle path, and the second diaphragm is moved in a direction away from the second middle path to switch so that the second inlet branch port part 39 is communicated with the second exit port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
