摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer package structure of a battery free from a short circuit caused by the contact of a metal terminal and a metal foil such as aluminum of the outer package. <P>SOLUTION: An outer package structure of a battery comprises: a lid made of a packing material formed by laminating at least a first heat-bonding resin layer, a metal foil layer, a chemical conversion treatment layer, an adhesion layer, and a second heat-bonding resin layer in this order; and a molded container body formed by press-molding the packing material such that the second heat-bonding resin layer is positioned on the recessed part side, having a flanged part around the container body's periphery. A battery encloses a battery element in the molded container body, and externally protrudes a metal terminal connected to the battery element from the flanged part. The battery with its opening part covered by the lid and the flanged part being sealed by a thermal adhesion is injection molded by an insert molding method so as to form an injection forming resin layer at least on the peripheral edge of the flanged part where the metal foil layer is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
