The multifunctional instrument comprises cutting teeth (1) for soft capsules on one side and serrated jaws (2) for hard capsules on opposite side. The cutting tooth has refractive edge for dividing tablets by cutting and rotating movement. The side is formed with serrated jaws, so that ampoules can be opened without damage. An elastic function ring (5) is closed and is used as an advertising medium.
