A pressure reduction system (1) for a fuel gas distribution network (2), having a plurality of valve assemblies (10, 10a, 10b) arranged in parallel and with each one provided with a respective pressure reducer (20, 20a, 20b), of the normally closed type and a respective pilot valve (30, 30a, 20b) of the normally open type, with closure controlled by the delivery pressure (pB), the pressure reducers (20, 20a, 20b) are opened by the same control signal, which is defined by a control pressure set by a control line (40a) arranged in parallel with the valve assemblies (10, 10a, 10b).
