PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection system capable of collecting measurement information measured by an apparatus in a device on a communication network without specific operation performed by a user of the apparatus, even when the apparatus of a measurement target exists in an area in which the communication network is unusable.

SOLUTION: An information provision device 80 provides measurement information measured by a sensor mounted on an apparatus to another device. An information mediation device 90 mediates between the information provision device 80 and an information collection device for collecting the measurement information. Collection information transmission means 81 transmits the measurement information to the information mediation device 90. Reception information transmission means 91 transmits the measurement information received from the information provision device 80 to the information collection device, when communication with the information collection device is possible.
