摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a stable temperature control and a precise battery temperature control even when there is a small temperature difference in the vicinity of a hot/cold switching, by imparting hysteresis characteristics to cold energy characteristics and hot energy characteristics of a heat exchanger which controls battery temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A battery temperature control system includes: temperature detection means for detecting a battery temperature; heat exchange means for changing the battery temperature by heat transfer; and temperature control means that controls the battery temperature by performing a temperature control of the heat exchange means according to a detection temperature of the temperature detection means.
