<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow prevention of position displacement in aligning first and second mother boards 1 and 2 in manufacturing plural air tight containers 11 in gang printing in which plural frame-like bonding members 4 each surrounding a predetermined region are arranged between the first and second mother boards 1 and 2, the bonding members 4 are subjected to local heating so as to be thermally softened sequentially to bond the first and the second mother boards 1 and 2, and the first and second mother boards 1 and 2 are cut between the bonding members 4. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an air tight container, N-columns×M-rows (where, each of M and N is an integer of 3 or more) of bonding materials 4 are provided. In thermally softening the bonding materials 4 sequentially by local heating thereof, a bonding material 4 having other bonding materials 4 at both adjacent sides in a column direction and both adjacent sides in a row direction is the bonding material 4 that is thermally bonded first. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
