The arrangement (10) has a component (12) e.g. heat screening plate, partially arranged infront of another component e.g. drive shaft, and comprising a through-hole (14), where the latter component is accessible via the hole in one portion. A cover is pivotably positioned at a holding element (16) i.e. retaining clip, between a closing position closing the hole and an opening position partially opening the hole, where the holding element is arranged at the former component. The cover is held in the closing position under engagement with the holding element and another holding element (18).
