The device has a power train (10) including a drive shaft (12a) and an output shaft (12b) that are connected with each other for partial transferring of drive moment and providing a rotational degree of freedom in the power train. A passive element (17) passively provides torque over a middle constant rotational torque portion of drive moment of the power train. An active element (18a) provides active controllable torque for varying rotational torque portion of the drive moment of the power train. An independent claim is also included for a motor car.
