PURPOSE: A DC/DC converting apparatus and a solar battery generating system including the same are provided to reduce voltage stress of a convertor switching apparatus by controlling operation of a snubber switch according to a voltage level. CONSTITUTION: A converter controlling unit(360a) outputs a converter control signal to a converter in order to convert an output voltage to a DC voltage. An inverter controlling unit outputs an inverter control signal to an inverter in order to covert a DC voltage to an AC voltage. A snubber controlling unit(360c) outputs a snubber control signal in order to clamp a voltage of the converter switching unit. A controlling unit controls an operation of a snubber switch(222a) in order to detect a phase of a power system(222a).
