<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell separator which is capable of easily securing corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell separator (1) comprises a metal plate (20) having surfaces (21A, 21B) provided with a plurality of projecting stripes (23). The surfaces (21A, 21B) of the metal plate (20) are covered with an insulating resin film (30).
