摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of performing jam processing of a fixing part with simple operations even though it includes a paper reverse conveying passage.

SOLUTION: An image forming device 100 includes: a reverse guide member 62 which is disposed so as to cover a fixing part 14 on the upper side of a device body 2 and in which a paper conveying passage 11 is formed by a conveying guide surface 62a while a reverse conveying passage 16 is formed by a reverse guide surface 62b facing the conveying guide member 62a on the opposite side; an upper surface cover 51 which is rotatably supported with regard to the upper surface of the device body 2 and can open/close the upper surface of the device body 2 by rotation; and a driving mechanism 70 which swings the reverse guide member 62 so that the fixing part 14 is exposed from the reverse guide member 62 in association with rotation of the upper surface cover 51 in the opening direction.
