<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stethoscopic sound analyzer for eliminating the effect of individual difference of user's stethoscopic characteristics and enhancing diagnostic precision based on stethoscopy. <P>SOLUTION: The auditory sense examination part 10 of the stethoscopic sound analyzer includes an auditory sense determination part 12. This auditory sense determination part 12 outputs an examination signal sound for deciding stethoscopy of a user 101 such as a doctor or a nurse from an auditory sense examination signal output part 11. The auditory sense determination part 12 decides the audible sound pressure level of the user 101 in the frequency of the examination signal sound when the audible state of the examination signal sound is input to an operation part 14 by the user 101, to determine the stethoscopic characteristics of the user 101. On the other hand, a stethoscopic sound processing part 20 receives stethoscopic sound of an examinee 102 in a stethoscopic sound receiving part 21 to output the stethoscopic sound signal. A stethoscopic sound correction part 22 corrects the stethoscopic sound signal on the basis of the auditory sense characteristics of the user 101 calculated in the auditory sense determination part 12 to output a corrected stethoscopic sound signal.
