<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus that reduces processing for detecting an information image for an area including no information image as compared with a case in which this configuration is not available when each image includes a plurality of areas where the information image can be drawn and when the information image is analyzed by reading a plurality of images thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Reception means of the image processing apparatus receives an image, determination means determines a first position for detecting an information image in an object image based upon a position in an information image detected last, detection means detects the information image based upon the first position, analysis means analyzes the information image, and output means outputs information as an analysis result. When the detection means fails to detect the information image at the first position, the determination means determines a second position on the opposite side in the image from the first position as a position for detecting the information image, and the detection means detects the information image at the second position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
