<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a ferrule and a high-pressure hose, which is used for a refrigerant circuit or the like of an air conditioner for a vehicle such as an automobile, and which can withstand repeated tests of a pressurized impulse under a thermal cycle environment of a high temperature and a low temperature over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The fastening structure caulks and fastens a ferrule 2 and a high-pressure hose 5 inserted in a nipple 4 of the ferrule 2. The high-pressure hose 5 comprises: an inner tube 5a comprising a single layer of a rubber layer, a single layer of a resin layer, or the resin layer with the rubber layer provided on an outer circumference of the resin layer; a plurality of rubber layers 5c provided on an outer circumference of the inner tube 5a; and a reinforcing layer 5b interposed among the plurality of rubber layers 5c. A rectangular groove is formed on an outer circumference on a top end side of the nipple 4, and a rubber band-shaped ring 9 is attached to the rectangular groove.
