<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeelable adhesive sheet excellent in appearance characteristics, suppressed in whitening (moisture-absorbed whitening) in moistened preservation, and excellent in the scratch resistance and the antistatic properties as well. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet has an acrylic adhesive agent layer at least on one surface of a transparent film substrate, wherein the transparent film substrate has a base layer including a resin material, and a topcoat layer constituted of a polythiophene, an acrylic resin and a melamine-based crosslinking agent on a first surface of the base layer, and has an average thickness D<SB POS="POST">ave</SB>of 2 to 50 nm and a variation in thickness ΔD of ≤40%; and the adhesive layer is formed of a repeelable water-dispersion type acrylic adhesive agent composition constituted of an alkyl (meth)acrylate ester (A) and a carboxyl group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) as essential raw material monomers, wherein the contents of the alkyl (meth)acrylate ester (A) and the carboxyl group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) in the whole raw material monomers are 70 to 99.5 wt.% and 0.5 to 10 wt.%, respectively, and contains an acrylic emulsion-based polymer polymerized using a reactive emulsifier containing a radically polymerizable functional group in its molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
