<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: chains in a chain case scatter oil, the oil is misted when the scattered oil hits the chains again, and the oil collection rate is degraded. <P>SOLUTION: A cylinder head structure of an internal combustion engine includes: a blow-by gas chamber formed by a baffle plate provided in a head cover so as to partition a chain case and a cam chamber; and an oil drain hole formed in each of the blow-by gas chamber and a cam chamber side of a cylinder head. The baffle plate has a projecting part on a lower surface side so as to be across the chain case and the cam chamber side.
