<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device for a vehicle capable of further prolonging a service life of a storage battery mounted on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A charge control device for a vehicle 20 is connected to a storage battery 30 mounted on a vehicle, and chargers 25A, 25B for converting electric power supplied from a power source device to electric power for charging the storage battery, and charges the storage battery using electric power supplied from a power source. The device 20 includes voltage detection means 29D for detecting voltage of the storage battery, and control means 28 for controlling an operation of the chargers. The control means starts charging the storage battery through the chargers when a voltage detected by using the voltage detection means is lower than a first prescribed voltage. After a start of the charging, when a voltage detected by using the voltage detection means is higher than the first prescribed voltage and also becomes higher than a second prescribed voltage that is a voltage not exceeding 100% of a power storage capacity of the storage battery, the charging is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
