<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably convert fluid energy into electric energy. <P>SOLUTION: This submerged fluid machine includes a submerged floating body 11 arranged in the water, and a mooring unit 12 for mooring the submerged floating body 11. The submerged floating body 11 has a frame 15 constituted of a plurality of cylindrical body parts and a connecting member, and at least a pair of submerged turbines 51 and 52 mutually rotated in the opposite direction by a water flow. The respective submerged turbines 51 and 52 are mutually arranged in parallel at a predetermined distance.
