<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data backup system in electronic equipment capable of performing an operation check of a backup function of data. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic gas meter includes: first determination means 2 for determining whether or not writing of backup data for performing backup of gas total used amount to a nonvolatile backup memory part 14 is normally performed; counting means 6 for counting the number of times of writing abnormalities when it is not determined that the writing of the backup data to the backup memory part 14 is normally performed by the first determination means 2; second determination means 2 for determining whether or not the number of times of the writing abnormalities counted by the counting means 6 exceeds the preset regulated number of times; and gas shutoff control means 2 for driving a shutoff valve 13 to shut off gas which is impossible to be restored when it is determined that the number of times of the writing abnormalities counted by the counting means 6 exceeds the preset regulated number of times by the second determination means 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
