The present invention is to provide a solar cell device which is manufacturable even if a substrate has wire marks on its surfaces, without causing breakage, etc. in collector electrodes. A solar cell according to the present invention includes a crystalline silicon substrate. The crystalline silicon substrate has its surfaces provided with collector electrodes including finger electrodes and bus bar electrodes. The finger electrodes are formed in parallel to wire marks which are present in the crystalline silicon substrate.
