<p>[Problem] To provide: a lipid membrane structure capable of migrating to a target cell; an agent for preventing/treating obesity, an agent for preventing/treating adipose tissue inflammations, and an agent for preventing/treating the accumulation of fat in a non-adipose tissue, each of which comprises the lipid membrane structure; a method for producing the lipid membrane structure; a method for screening for a substance exhibiting an effect thereof in a target cell, which utilizes the lipid membrane structure; and a method for screening for an agent for preventing/treating obesity, an agent for preventing/treating adipose tissue inflammations or an agent for preventing/treating the accumulation of fat in a non-adipose tissue. [Solution] A lipid membrane structure capable of migrating to a target cell, and comprising a lipid membrane as a sole membrane, wherein the lipid membrane comprises, as constituent lipids, a lipid comprising a peptide capable of migrating to a target cell, a long-chain PEG and a lipid bound together in this order and a lipid having a short-chain PEG bound thereto.</p> |
