The control electrode has flexible main structure which is filled with a substance using a vehicle tire tube, to form electrode. The electrode main structures partially have stability imparting substance with property which is similar to property of solid, solid-liquid mixture and/or liquid. The stability imparting substance is liquid, mesomorphic, highly viscous, paste, porous, foam-like soft and/or hard and/or solid substance such as lightweight fabric and/or a plastic. The stability imparting substance is a filler of tire repair kits or punctures sprays. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing control electrode.
