The car has a fuel tank comprising front and rear fuel tank parts (1, 2) for supplying fuel to an internal combustion engine that operates the car. An energy generating device i.e. energy producer, comprising a generator is attached to the fuel tank. The generating device generates energy from kinetic and/or potential energy of the fuel in the fuel tank based on position changing of the fuel, different driving conditions of the car and/or centrifugal force. The generating device has a cross-flow turbine and a rocker arm for driving a crank lever.
