The fastening unit has a connecting element and two contact elements (62), where the contact elements are held at the connecting element and are displaceable relative to each other from an installing position, in which the bearing shaft is axially movable relative to the instrument in a fastening position, in which the bearing shaft is axially movably held at the instrument.
