PURPOSE: A ventilation fan of an indoor parking lot is provided to open and close and block an impeller of a variable grille from wind and to prevent air induction into a grille piece and reversed air intake from the outside, so that air circulation in the inside of a parking lot is provided. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan(100) of an indoor parking lot comprises a body(110), a fan driving motor(120), and a variable grille. The variable grille comprises a supporting stand(210), an impeller(220), a supporting shaft, a supporting frame(240), and impeller pieces(250). The supporting stand is fixed to an inner wall of the body. The impeller comprises a hinge shaft. The hinge shaft is installed in the supporting stand, thereby rotating. A recessed groove portion is formed in a rear surface of the impeller. A hinge cavity is formed in the inner side of the recessed groove portion. An inclined bent portion is formed in a front surface of a side opposite to the side where the recessed groove is formed. The supporting shaft is joined to the hinge cavity of the impeller. The supporting frame supports the impeller to be rotated at the same time. The impeller pieces lift the supporting frame up by resisting wind being ventilated, thereby adjusting the impeller at an opened angle.
