<p>The element (10) has an adhesive side (8) including profiled adhesive receiving regions (12) with multiple surface slots (14), where adhesive or adhesive component e.g. polyurethane, is applied on the adhesive side for adhering with roof gutter pieces. The surface slots are periodically and sectionally arranged in a longitudinal direction (L) of the element. The longitudinal direction runs parallel to a longitudinal axis of one of the roof gutter pieces in a usage condition of the element.
