Device (1) comprises a housing (2) and at least one stamp plate (10) with at least one heatable stamp (13). The stamp plate is moved, preferably pushed from a working position, in which at least one heatable stamp can be inserted into at least one casting mold, where the stamp plate is moved, preferably pushed out of the housing. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a maintenance device for the device for producing a fatty mass made of edible products, preferably a cocoa-containing and/or chocolate-like fatty mass, comprising a receptacle for the stamp plate and a feed line (11) for dried air, where maintenance device is positioned such that stamp plate is located in the receptacle and is not located over a casting mold or a conveyor; (2) cleaning the heatable stamp located on the stamp plate in the device, comprising moving or pushing the stamp plate from the housing, cleaning at least one stamp, and moving the stamp plate into the housing; (3) cleaning the stamp, comprising placing the stamp plate in the maintenance device for cleaning and blowing the dry air; and (4) exchanging the stamp plate with at least one heatable stamp in the device, comprising providing an exchange stamp plate in the maintenance device, moving or pushing the used stamp plate from the housing in the maintenance device, and pushing the exchange stamp plate in the housing, where the heat exchange plate in the maintenance apparatus is blown with dry air and/or is cooled by cooling pipes, before it enters the housing. |
