The device has a tub-shaped securing clip (2) comprising a thin wall material strip from which u-shaped locking collars (5) e.g. bolts or rivets, with mounting holes are bent. Weight elements (6) i.e. stones, are placed on a bottom side (4) of the clip to load the clip. A carrier (7) of a basic structure e.g. solar plant, is clamped over the locking collars by attaching units, where total weight of the structure rests on the weight elements. The weight element comprises a trapezoid plate whose trapezoid grooves are filled with gravel or stones or scrap. The clip is made of stainless steel or aluminum and formed from a punched tape or perforated plate.
