Method for producing board bodies with printed sheets using the gravure printing method

The method involves printing of the printing paper with a low pressure device. The printing paper is divided before pressing in multiple printing sheets (18). The red-green-blue (RGB) data is converted by a calculating device in cyan-magenta-yellow- black (CMYK) data of the CMYK coloring system and the printing cylinder is engraved on the basis of the CMYK data. Four cylinders are provided and the print color sequence is yellow, cyan, magenta and black or black, cyan, magenta and yellow. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for executing the plate body manufacturing method; and (2) a plate body printing sheet with a printing sheet applied with a protective layer.
