PURPOSE: An air compressor unit for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise and improve durability by compressing air twice by using an impeller and a piston. CONSTITUTION: An air compressor unit(10) for a vehicle comprises a driving motor(30), a shaft(40), an impeller(50), and a piston(60). The driving motor is installed in a housing(20). The shaft is rotated by the driving motor. The impeller is rotated by using a rotary shaft(51) coupled with the end portion of the shaft. The impeller compresses inner air of the housing firstly. The piston is installed in the shaft and reciprocated by being interlocked with the shaft. The piston compresses the air compressed by the impeller secondarily. |
