PURPOSE: A design cooperative building structure provided with a solar power generation system and a rainwater collection system is provided to increase the solar power generation efficiency by the expansion of an installation space and to collect a large quantity of rainwater. CONSTITUTION: A design cooperative building structure provided with a solar power generation system and a rainwater collection system comprises: footing bars installed on the outer circumference of a floor structure of each floor at regular intervals and projected to the outside of a building, and provided with an installation medium at the end; a solar cell module(3) provided with many solar cells arranged on the front of a base plate and a design projection formed on the lower part; a distribution board installed to the inside of an apartment house(1) and converting the power collected in the solar cells of the solar cell module into consuming power; and a rain gutter(5) installed to the lower part of the solar cell module and fixed to the installation medium of each footing bar, and connected with a collector well(51) installed to the apartment house by a water collecting pipe(52). |
