<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged salad having fresh flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged salad is produced by packaging at least one of cut acidic-flavored citrus selected from Citrus sudachi, Citrus sphaerocarpa, Citrus depressa Hayata and Citrus junos or lime, and vegetables subjected to surface-wetting treatment with a solution containing chlorite and/or hypochlorite, wherein an oxygen concentration in the container is ≤10 vol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
