<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of users to share a right for receiving a service and to combine rights of a plurality of users together for executing a service for reducing labor in inputting right information of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A right registration means 112 associates right information received from a registration terminal with a registration terminal ID and store it in an right information accumulation means 108. A service request acceptance determination means 105 associates a session ID included in the service request received from the registration terminal with the registration terminal ID to store it in a right information accumulation means 108. The service request acceptance determination mean 105 determines whether a user at the registration terminal transmitting the service request has a right for receiving the service or not based on combined right information, which is extracted by a right combination determination means 106 based on the right information corresponding to the registration terminal ID and the right information corresponding to the session ID, and notifies the determination result to a distribution system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
