PURPOSE: An ACEGI keyboard layout providing user interface providing device and a method thereof are provided to input various keys based on the small number of input keys, thereby minimizing generation of a typographical error. CONSTITUTION: A first input value buffer(110) receives and stores a first input value for a first input key assigned in a first character. A second input value buffer(120) is assigned in a second character and receives/stores a second input value for a second input key which is next to the first input key. When reception of the first input value and the second input value is overlapped or the second input value is received within a first critical time after the reception of the first input value, a processor(130) determines a third character located in an interval between the first character and the second character as a current input value.
