PURPOSE: A shear cap and a deburring apparatus are provided to alternately use cutting blades installed on both sides of a shear cap, thereby extending the life span of the shear cap. CONSTITUTION: A shear cap(200) positioned at the top of a piston of a deburrering apparatus comprises a columnar cap body(230) having a uniform width and first and second cutting blades(210,220) which are formed in a trapezoidal shape on the peripheral surfaces of both ends of the cap body.
