PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a tirecord bulky yarn of different dyeing color is provided to express various colors and to manufacture colorful bags and backpacks. CONSTITUTION: A tirecord bulky yarn(202) is fabricated through an overfeed roller, water, an air jet device, and a winding roller. The overfeed rate of the overfeed roller is within 1-12%. A ball is mounted at the opposite direction of an air jet feeding pathway to prevent balloon shape during manufacturing the tirecord yarn.
