摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing a three dimensional stem cell hybrid spheroid and a cell therapeutic agent containing the hybrid are provided to enhance differentiation ability into vascular cells and stem cell survival rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing three-dimensional stem cell hybrid spheroid comprise: a step of shaking stem cells to form a primary spheroid; a step of shaking the primary spheroid together with a support cell and forming a secondary spheroid; and a step of adding niche cells to the secondary spheroid. The stem cells are a mesenchymal stem cell, vascular endothelial precursor cell, embryonic stem cell, myobalst, or cardiac stem cell. The support cell is a mesenchymal stem cell, chondrocyte, or myoblast. The niche cells are a mesenchymal stem cell, chondrocyte, or myoblast. A cell therapeutic agent for treating ischemic diseases contains the hybrid spheroid. An immunocompetent cell therapeutic agent contains the hybrid spheroid.
