The device (10) has a housing (11) comprising an inlet chamber (12) and an outlet chamber (13), and a piston-controlled pressure-reducing valve (14) for coupling the chambers with one another or separating the chambers from one another. The valve is automatically opened for coupling the chambers if outlet chamber pressure is smaller than a threshold value. The valve is automatically closed for separating the chambers if the pressure is larger than the threshold value. Back-flow preventing valves (21, 22) are integrated in the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber, respectively. |
