PURPOSE: A cap for confirming a loosening of a bolt and nut is provided to fasten a bolt and a nut by confirming a loosening of the bolt and nut, thereby enhancing working efficiency and protecting workers from accidents. CONSTITUTION: A cap(40) for confirming a loosening of a bolt(2) and nut(30) comprises a protective cap(50), a nut fixing member(60), and a second nut. The protective cap comprises a receiving unit(51) in an inner side to be covered on a first nut and a through-hole unit on an upper central portion. The protective cap comprises a recessed groove unit in the lower inner circumference and an opening being extended from a bottom surface of the protective cap to the recessed groove unit. The nut fixing member comprises a nut fixing piece tightly holds the first nut in the inner circumference of a rotary ring with own tension force. The rotary ring comprises a confirming pin possible to be fitted into the opening of the protective cap in the outer circumference. The second nut is spirally coupled to a spiral shaft(21) penetrated through the through-hole unit, thereby holding the protective cap.
