PURPOSE: A Polygonum multiflorum cultivation method capable of improving the growth rate of Polygonum multiflorum seeds is provided to improve the air permeability and draining ability of soil for sowing the Polygonum multiflorum seeds. CONSTITUTION: A Polygonum multiflorum cultivation method comprises the following steps: soaking Polygonum multiflorum seeds in water for germinating; crushing the germinated Polygonum multiflorum seeds and a porosity maintaining agent, and mixing the crushed ingredients; filling bed soil in a seed bed; sowing the Polygonum multiflorum seeds mixed with the porosity maintaining agent in the seed bed; covering the Polygonum multiflorum seeds with the bed soil, and growing Polygonum multiflorum seedlings by supplying water; and transplanting the obtained Polygonum multiflorum seedlings in the planting target area.
