<p>A feed plan to convey a raw material from a raw-material yard in a raw material facility through conveying paths by conveying facilities and feed it into raw-material tanks is made. A feed plan making unit (31) calculates the stock-in-tank transition of each of the raw-material tanks, formulates the relation between and restriction on the feed works for feeding the raw material into a tank to be replenished into a mathematical model including a linear expression and an integer restricted expression, extracts a raw-material tank corresponding to plucking from the raw-material tanks not extracted as the tank to be replenished, and formulates the relation of plucking into a mathematical model. In such a way, the optimization problem about the formulated mathematical model is solved by using an objective function, and the plan to feed the raw material into the raw-material tanks is determined.</p> |
