PURPOSE: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a conductive post which has the fixed height using a screen printing method. CONSTITUTION: A PCB includes a base board(100), a solder registration layer(110), and a conductive post(130). A base board includes one or more circuits including a connecting pad(101) in an insulation layer. One layer circuit including the connecting pad is formed on the one surface of the base board. A solder resistance layer is formed on the base board. An opening unit exposes the connecting pad of the base board. The solder resistance layer executes a protection layer function which protects an outer circuit. One end of the conductive post connects to the connecting pad. Other end of the conductive post is formed in the opening unit in order to be projected from the solder resistance layer.
