PURPOSE: An automatic assembling apparatus for transferring tools is provided to execute a locking operation between the tool and a transferring apparatus by inserting a hooking apparatus into a locking box. CONSTITUTION: When a hooking apparatus(150) is inserted into a locking box(132), a hook(151a) pushes the holding piece of a pivot(134). The holding piece is moved down by rotating the holding piece. When the hook is raised with the holding piece in a rotated state, the holding piece is hung on the hook. The holding piece of the pivot maintains a horizontal state using a horizontal maintenance elastic member(136) when the hooking apparatus is moved down. When the hooking apparatus is raised, a locking operation is released by rising the holding piece using the hook.
