PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooking food and beverage at low temperature and low pressure is provided to cook the food and beverage in temperature lower than normal air pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cooking food and beverage at low temperature and low pressure comprises a tank(10), a heating unit(30), and a pressure reduction pump(110). The tank contains food and beverage. The heating unit is installed in the tank. The reduction pump decreases the inner pressure of the tank. A discharge pipe for cooked food is installed to be detached from the tank. A filter container(70) is installed on the top of the tank.
