PURPOSE: A food waste compressing device is provided to separate moisture and solid matters by easily dehydrating food waste with the restoring force of a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION: A food waste compressing device comprises a compressor body(1), a top handle(2), a coupling groove, a compressing plate, a rubber packing, multiple drain holes, a drain pipe(12), and a drain pipe cap. The top handle is formed at the top of the compressor body and is installed as a leaf spring. The coupling groove is formed at the top of a compressing rod(6) integrated with the compressing plate. A coupling ring(4) is formed in the top handle to fix a bottom handle(3). The rubber packing is attached on the edge of the compressing plate. A conical protrusion is formed on the bottom of a support(9). |
