PURPOSE: A producing method of a corn silk extract containing high contents of maysin is provided to extract corn silk using ethanol for increasing the content of maysin. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a corn silk extract containing high contents of maysin comprises the following steps: harvesting corn silk within 7-15 days after the growth of the corn silk; hot-air drying the corn silk, and crushing the corn silk before spraying 70% ethanol for 30-60 minutes; reflux-extracting the corn silk for 6 hours using the 70% ethanol; and concentrating the obtained corn silk extract.
