<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting diode is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a wire and a transparent electrode layer of the same material. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting cells(30) is separated from each other on a substrate(21). Wirings electrically connect the light emitting cells. The wirings are formed with a transparent conductive layer. The transparent conductive layer transmits light. An active layer(27) is included between a lower semiconductor layer(25) and an upper semiconductor layer(29).</p> |
