<p>PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing cancer using lectin is provided to simply and quickly diagnose cancer from a sample of a subject. CONSTITUTION: A method for quantitating polypeptides for providing information for diagnosing cancer comprises: a step of treating a sample of a subject with lectin and isolating and concentrating glycoproteins; a step of hydrolyzing the glycoproteins to prepare polypeptides; a step of quantitating the polypeptides; and a step of determining an individual with cancer or high possibility of developing cancer in case that the polypeptide has 2295.2, 2224.1, 1907.0, 1890.9, 1214.7, 1093.6, 1060.6, 972.5, 959.5, 949.5 or 863.5 molecular weight. The sample is a cell, a cell culture, blood, serum, or plasma.</p> |
