Method for operating a heating assembly

The method involves storing the heat in a heat accumulator (1) for supporting a heat source (2), and for supplying the heat to the heating circuit (3) of the heat source. The heat stored in the heat accumulator is supplied corresponding to the predetermined hysteresis value at higher temperature of the heating circuit, according to the heat requirement of the heat source. The hysteresis value is adjustable. The heat accumulator is used as a solar storage.
